For further evaluation simply submit a video of yourself performing one or more of the skills you learned in our program.
Filming
Place your phone about 1 metre off the ground about 3 metres away and angle it toward you. If you don’t have a tripod, you can lean it against something like a dumbbell or water bottle.
The best angle is at 45-degrees between the front/side or rear/side (see below for best placement for each lift). Video angles directly from the side DON’T work very well because the weight plates are in the way.
